Something is wafting in through the window and it is almost certainly the hot dog vendor down the street trying to seduce me with that lovely scent. I have never worn ahot dog costumebut I am seriously considering it for next Halloween. You know what I will never be for Halloween? Abanana costume. Do you want to know why? Because bananas are disgusting. They are almost as bad as raisins. I think I hate bananas because of some deep childhood trauma. When I was a kid my mother would; with out fail, pack my lunch with three simple items. Banana, peanut butter sandwich, and the cheapest grossest cookies you’ve ever had in your life. So everyday I would trade my cookies to some poor new sucker for their ham and cheese sandwich, pass the peanut butter to some deprived child whose mother actually cared about their caloric intake, and the bananas would never leave my backpack. Ever. I went through three bags that year all because of moldy rotten bananas. It’s my mothers fault, she just wouldn’t learn.

Winter is so boring. It’s so dreary and lifeless and not in a mysterious spooky way like how I love fall. All I think about is Halloween. I just had a slightly uplifting thought.. anabominable snowman costume that’s wintery right? I am trying to get in to winter.. just not happening.I could dress up in a cute eskimo costumemaybe that would help. Probably not. Come on Halloween…

I just want it to be fall again. Fall is the best season of the year. The smell of people burning leaves, the crisp windy days, warm cozy sweaters and boots and HALLOWEEN. I have to make it through weeks and weeks and weeks until the Halloween really starts. I start getting serious about Halloween in August and start decorating when its socially acceptable which is around the beginning of October, though I’d like to decorate MUCH earlier. But I guess I can be a little more patient, after all these Halloween guys need to come up with newHalloween DecorationsandHalloween Costumes. And the waiting continues.
